Vellore Foods offers a very flexible Return Policy/Cancellation Policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/Cancellation the product using our website itself.

However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:

• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
• Product has to be in original & unused state.
• We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
